Please note:

-Please download the free app - iUSB Pro from app store for iOS system(required).

-For Android phones with Micro USB or Type-C connector do not need to download apps, there will be a notification when you plug the card reader, if not, please enter the phone File Manager to operate it.

-Please do not disconnect card reader during file transfer

-Please insert your memory card into the device before connect to your phone. If your phone case is thick, please take it off before using the device

-If your Micro SD card or TF memory card cannot be recognized by the app, it maybe because the format of the card is not FAT32 or exFAT. The solution is to plug the card reader plugged with the card to your PC, then format the Micro SD card to FAT32 or exFAT. Then plug the card reader again.
